Season Pass Protection

Season Pass Protection guards your financial investment against an unplanned occurrence that stops you from using your season pass due to injury, sickness, military deployment or relocation.

Who can purchase the Pass Protection?

Any individual that purchases a Shawnee Peak Season Pass. The Plan covers the pass holder only and does not include other family members such as a spouse, dependent child or caregiver. Pass Protection must be purchased at same time as season pass. Season Pass Protection is non-transferable.

Cost: $25.00 per pass – non-refundable

Refund Policy 

Unused Pass Refund:
100% before the start of the season

Used Passes:
Opening Day – January 15, 75%
January 16 – February 15, 50%
February 16 – March 1, 25%
March 2 – End of Season, 0%

Reasons for which a refund will be offered:

  1. Injury or a medical condition preventing the use of pass – (a medical certificate is required).
  2. Relocation more than 200 miles away from your current residence– documented by employment letter or other reasonable proof.
  3. Military deployment – called to active military service.

Refund amount is based on the date Shawnee Peak is contacted with a valid submission – not the date of injury.

Making a Claim

A Season Pass Protection Claim is deemed valid once submitted in writing.
