Season Passes

Pleasant Mountain uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) for lift access across the resort. This touch-free system means you'll have one lift ticket card (referred to as a Go Card) that you can reload online with additional days of skiing throughout the season

You can reuse your Go-Card year after year.  You simply need to reload your pass for each additional season. 

Your online season pass purchase will be automatically loaded onto it. Keep your Go Card in a  closed pocket on the left-hand side of your body by itself and head straight to the lift.

Simply scan the QR code at the bottom of your confirmation email at a contactless Pick-Up-Box (PUB). Your GO Card will be dispensed to you.

Great! We're looking forward to seeing you. You can pick up your new RFID card at any Pick Up Box (PUB) or at any of our Points of Sales.  If you re-loaded an existing Go Card you can go direct to the lift on your first day of the 2024/2025 Season.

NO. Do not alter your Go Card in any way.  Simply put it in your zipped up pocket and head directly to the lift.

Keep it in a zippered pocket on the left-hand side of your jacket. It must be by itself, away from cellphones, keys, or wallets. 

Affirm is a third-party payment plan provider that manages payment plans for a variety of goods and services sold online.

Purchasing with Affirm is simple. Just add your pass(es) to the cart and select Affirm during checkout. Get a real-time decision on your qualification in only minutes with a quick application that won't affect your credit score.

2024/2025 Season Passes and Seasonal Programs can be purchased using Affirm.  The total of your passes must be greater than the $250 minimum.

2024/25 season passes purchased by May 1st, 2024, are eligible for 0% interest based on qualification. Longer payment terms are available with interest, and interest may be charged for purchasers who do not qualify for the 0% offer.

Affirm payments may be made via debit card or with a link to your bank account. Credit card payments are not accepted.

No credits, vouchers, gift cards or other discount offers can be applied when selecting the payment plan option.

Buddy Tickets are a pass holder perk. 

Buddy Tickets allow our pass holder to offer a limited number of  their friends or families a daily lift ticket at a 25% discount. 

Pleasant Mountain Unlimited Passes (with the exception of 5 and under and 80+ age categories), are allocated 8 Buddy Tickets.

Pleasant Mountain GenSki and the Sunday-through-Friday Pass are allocated 6 Buddy Tickets.

1. Pass holders must first access the online store, log in, then click My Account (desktop) or Account (mobile) to see your Profile.
2. Choose Print Vouchers
   • Codes will be shown on screen (you do not need to print them, but can be if you'd like to).
   • Voucher Code(s) will display for each pass in your family. The Voucher Code is listed under the ID column.
   • These Voucher Codes can be accessed from your account at anytime.

1. Share your Pass type AND Voucher Code(s) with your Buddy.
2. Your Buddy will visit our Online Store to view the Lift Ticket category.
3. Select the Buddy Ticket product that aligns with the pass holder Pass type. If the pass holder has an Unlimited Junior Pass, the Buddy must choose the Junior Ticket product.

4. Select the date(s) they (Buddy) would like to ski and add to cart. 
   Each Buddy will need a valid Voucher Code per person, per day that they plan to ski.
   
   

1. During the checkout process, the Buddy must assign the ticket to him/herself and select media.
2. Enter the Voucher Code (you supplied them) at the Enter Your Code field.
3. Click Validate Code to use the Voucher Code. From here, your Buddy will follow the prompts to checkout.

• If your Buddy does not have an RFID-enabled GO Card: Scan the QR Code in the confirmation email at a Pickup Box (PUB) and their ticket will be dispensed.
• If your Buddy already has a GO Card: Their GO Card has been automatically loaded and can go directly to the lift.
