• The Group Sales Staff will meet the bus and give a brief conditions report if requested.
• Busses equipped with flashers should use them when loading and unloading.
• The group leader only should get off the bus to receive tickets, a pager, program information, and to make payment. Please keep the group on the bus until the group leader has returned with the tickets.
• Unload the bus in an orderly and timely fashion.
• When unloaded and all guests are clear the bus should pull ahead, taking a left turn out of the parking lot and head toward route #302. All busses should park in the lower parking lot across the street from the mountain and located just before the bus entrance. During busy times, we may require alternative parking.
• When picking up the group the bus should approach the lodge in the same manner as in arrival, pulling up as close to the rental shop as possible.
• Complimentary lift tickets and rentals are available to group leaders and chaperones at the rate of two for the first 20 paid skiers and one for each additional 15 paid skiers. group leaders will be issued a emergency

A full-service restaurant/lounge, Blizzard's Pub seats up to 175 people, but is most often used for functions of 100-150. The room's rustic authenticity gives the perfect backdrop for your party. We leave the color pallets, flower arrangements and other ornamentation in your hands.

Your guests will love the open floor plan, large dance area and huge scenic deck for outdoor seating.

There are two pricing options from which to choose:

1. There is a $1500 room fee, if you choose to hire your own caterer. The room fee includes set up, a bartender, use of the kitchen, its appliances, dishes and glassware PLUS clean up.
2. If you choose to use our catering service, we waive the room fee and you pay for food on a per head basis (plus tax and gratuity). This is, by far, the most popular option. A $2,000 minimum (includes food only) is required to waive the room fee.

Our function manager and chef, Scott Condon, has spent the majority of his life in food production and presentation. As co-owner of Alisson's in Kennebunkport, Maine, Scott acquired a sophisticated knowledge of large- scale food preparation. In his eleven years as function manager, Scott has presided over more than 115 events.

Shawnee Peak is Yours for the Entire Weekend!

While other wedding/event sites limit you to four- or five-hour events, Shawnee Peak gives you the whole Base Area (including parking, Lodges, courtyard, and optional wedding site) for the entire weekend! This allows ample time Friday for decorating - your wedding is your vision. Saturday, we don't limit you to any set schedule - it's your day! Take your time to enjoy it!

Many brides & grooms choose our lawn or courtyard as the site of the wedding ceremony! We do not charge extra for this service.

We also reserve the right to inspect ID for guests 30 and under.

Shawnee Peak House, Good for Summer and Winter Lodging!

This 10-bedroom self-service guesthouse sleeps up to 44 people and is ideal for large groups! Each room features a private bath. The common area offers a fully-equipped kitchen, double fireplace, games, coin-operated Bumper pool table, Ms. Pac-Man machine, cable TV, DVD player, phone and WIFI. The Peak House also gives you close proximity to Shawnee Peak's vast ski trail network.

Whole house sleeps up to 44 people: $2200/night including 22 lift tickets on weekends, $1500/night* including 22 lift tickets Sunday-Thursday, Non- Holiday. Holiday periods: 12/26/07-1/1/08, 1/19-21/08, 2/15-24/08.
