Cancellation policy

You must cancel prior to Day Care's opening (8:30am weekends, 9am midweek) on the day of your reservation. Your credit card will be charged the morning of your child's reservation. If you call to cancel prior to opening on the day of your reservation, your credit card will not be charged at all. No shows will be charged for the amount consistent with the reservation.

Things to Remember when you bring your child to Peak-A-Boo Day Care:

• Parents must supply diapers. NO cloth diapers please.
• All children should have a change of clothing so that they will be comfortable at all times.
• Parents are asked to mark all clothing, bottles, diaper bags and any favorite toy that your child may bring.
• We reserve the right to refuse children if we feel they may be contagious to the nursery staff or to other children in our care.
• The nursery staff is not authorized to give medication to your child. The parent must administer any medication needed.
• We encourage parents to check on their children regularly. Parents will be paged or called when necessary.
• Peak-A-Boo Day Care is a "peanut-free" zone!
• Day care asks that if you provide a cell phone as an emergency contact device, you please keep it turned on and at the hightest volume.
