Blizzard's Pub - 100-150 guests
A full-service restaurant/lounge, Blizzard's Pub seats up to 175 people, but is most comfortable for functions of 100-150. The room's rustic authenticity and large windows create a wonderful backdrop for your reception. Our neutral color schemes and great lighting provide hundreds of options for your palettes, centerpieces and decoration.
Your guests will love the open floor plan, large dance floor and friendly staff. Our huge outdoor deck provides incredible views and unique photo opportunities.
The Great RoomThe Great Room - 50-80 guests
The new Great Room, which features floor-to-ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings and post-and-beam architecture, is a fabulous location for smaller gatherings - 50-75 people can be seated comfortably.
You can also use the outdoor courtyard area for extra seating, dance space or cocktail hour.
Choose from Two Pricing Options:
- There is a $1500 room fee for weekend weddings, if you choose to hire your own caterer. The room fee includes set up, a bartender, use of the kitchen, its appliances, dishes and glassware PLUS clean up. The room fee is the same for Blizzard's Pub & the Great Room.
- If you choose to use Shawnee Peak's catering service, we waive the room fee and you pay for food on a per head basis (plus tax & gratuity). This is, by far, the most popular option. A $5,000 minimum (includes food only) is required to waive the room fee. Keep in mind that tax and gratuity is added to the $5,000 food minimum total.

Our function manager and chef, Scott Condon, has presided over more than 125 weddings and functions over the last 12 years at Shawnee Peak. Previously, he was head chef and co-owner of Alisson's Restaurant in Kennebunkport, ME.

Shawnee Peak keeps costs down, without sacrificing quality and ambience. Don't forget - when you use Shawnee Peak's catering service ($5000 minimum food charge), we waive all set up and site fees! That's a savings of $1500! It's truly the wedding deal of the century!

The Room is Yours for the Weekend!
While other wedding/event venues limit you to 4-hour events, Shawnee Peak gives you your room for the entire weekend! That means you have your room from Friday through Sunday!
Shawnee Peak staff members will have your room ready to your specifications by mid-day Friday. You and your helpers then come in and create your perfect wedding vision!
Saturday, we don't limit your fun or your schedule! It's your day! Take your time to enjoy it!
Wedding Ceremony
As an added bonus, you can have your wedding ceremony on the grounds for an extra $300 set-up fee. You couldn't ask for a more unique setting for your vows!
Special Notice regarding Open Bar and Alcohol Service
"Open Bar" is only allowed for a maximum of two hours per event. We will keep a tab for the duration of the Open Bar period and the payer will be immediately responsible for the total. Open bar periods promote excessive drunkenness, massive expense for the person paying the tab and increased liability for Shawnee Peak.
We reserve the right to cut off any guest from alcohol consumption for any reason. We also reserve the right to inspect the Identification of any person appearing to be 30 years of age or younger (at any time during the event). We will announce "last call" 30 minutes prior to the scheduled conclusion of your event. All events end at 11pm (or earlier).
