A New Century

The Ski Industry took a turn toward corporate consolidation and cost-cutting after the turn of the century. Shawnee Peak, however, continues its independent feel with family-ownership, on-site management and a fierce commitment toward impressive customer service and snow conditions.

• 2001 – New Alpine Sugar Haus and four new trails
• 2003 – 400-Foot Halfpipe
• 2005 – Surface Carpet Lift added for little ones
• 2006 – East Slope Condos built
